I have 24 years of practical experience in different fields: Executive Secretary, OD & HR coordination , Talent Acquisition , Administration, Sales Management , Customer Service, Teaching and Training, So I gained many skills and different experiences that will help me to do the duties of my position in a professional manner.
My last position was OD ( Organization and Development ) Coordinator and Talent Acquisition specialist In a big company, some of my main duties were:
1- To coordinate between different departments of the company and to follow with them to finalize issues related to work or to HR matters.
2- To find the best candidates for all needed vacancies and manage project staffing including recruitment and the new hire process.
I have a database for manpower suppliers and I have good relation with them.
I can coordinate with external contractors; also coordinate with different departments of the company and set up work plans with them to ensure that the workflow process is executed smoothly and as per the expectations.
I worked more than 6 years as an Office Manager ( Executive Secretary). Also I have more than 5 years experience as HR Coordinator and OD coordinator and Talent Acquisition specialist.
I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science, so I can build and design databases and Maintaining computerized filing systems and office data needed in work.
I am Certified Authorized Trainer by “Technical and Vocational Training Corporation” for Professional Development Courses – KSA, so I can analyze training needs for Employees and Managers and conduct the proper development courses ( Soft Skills Courses) for them.
I am teaching Arabic language for non-Arabs since more than 11 years.
I can support units managers to train and coach their teams.
I have the ability to lead and supervise work teams.
