I am looking for a job in an IT or Non-IT companies as a Desktop Support Engineer Level 2\ IT Support Engineer \ End -User Support Engineer profile ,as i am carrying experience of 3 years and more in this same field.
Have completed Diploma in IT Engineering from Saboo Siddik, Mumbai,India .(Full Time i.e 10+12+3), and have also done certification in Hardware and Networking from JetKing Institute , Mumbai,India.
My previous work experience is from Jet Airways PVT,LTD Mumbai,India as Desktop Support Engineer Level 2 (Team Leader). (Airline Industry) .

• Assembling and Disassembling of PC / Laptops,
• Hardware Troubleshooting and Diagnosing,
• Installation of Windows XP, Vista / 7 / 8 & 10,
• Installation of Linux, Unix.
• Up-gradation of PC and Laptop (hardware & software),
• Windows maintenance, update the windows, Dual booting,
• Disk management partition,
• Installation of Printer and Scanner and troubleshooting,
• Network device configuring (Router, switch),
• Ms-Office Installation and troubleshoot,
• Basic of HTML,
• Basics of RDBMS,
• Crimping of cable (straight and cross-over).
And Job Responsibilities in previous job :-
• OS installation (Windows 7, 8, 10).
• Handling above 600 users and VIP Users over location.
• Proficient in handling escalation calls and providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level technical support to end-users.
