Roles & Duties of an Accounting Assistant will be as follows:
* Monthly management account preparation
* Production of profit and loss
* To complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
* Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing
* Weekly wages, petty cash and other journal posting
* Daily bank receipts postings
* Year budget preparation
* Year end audit analysis
* Set up new suppliers on accounting software
* Reports on debtors and creditors
* Quarterly VAT return preparation
Above all excellent Communication Skills in English (Arabic would be a benefit)
Ability to handle complex situations
Ability to maintain a balance within teams
