The restaurant, on the second floor of the hotel, has undergone a massive revamp – and now boasts a brand-new look and menu.
Dishes on the fresh new menu include live stations including robata, sushi, gyoza, and ramen.
Highlights include wagyu beef tataki, avocado on crispy rice, tuna pizza and more. There’s also a selection of maki, nigiri, tempura – as well as main courses including steaks and miso cod. Desserts include milk cake, matcha fondant, and mocha ice cream.
The restaurant seats 75 diners and promises “Japanese street flavors and dishes served in traditional ‘Izakaya’ sharing style plates”.
