1. Apartment will be available from 10th of March, 2020.
2. Total annual rent to be paid is 23500/year including 500 riyal for water.
3. I have now paid the second part of the annual rent for another 6 months on the 1st of Feb, which is 11500 riyals.
4. So you have to pay me back the rent I have paid, approx. (9500 riyals) starting from 1st of March.
5. We can visit the aqari and transfer the apartment rental contract in your name or as per your wish you can either continue for another 5 months and end the current contract or renew the contract.
